Conference Halls

Venue Options


This boardroom is ideal for smaller group meetings, featuring a big boardroom table seating maximum 15 people. The room is equipped with a wall mounted TV screen.

The Hadeda Hall is the smallest of our venue spaces, seating a maximum of 60 guests (cinema-style). The Hadeda Hall is ideal for smaller more intimate meetings. This hall is equipped with a data projector.

This newly revamped hall is ideal for bigger events, offering organisers a spacious area to host their delegates. The Visarend Hall can accommodate up to 140 guest (cinema-style) and is equipped with a data projector, a PA system and 2 revolving mics.

The Kuifkop Hall is our biggest and most popular venue, offering guests a lovely entrance foyer for welcome drinks or guest registrations. This newly revamped venue accommodates up to 500 guests (cinema-style) and is equipped with a data projector, a PA system and 2 revolving mics.

All conference venues comes with standard extras and services like WiFi, flip charts, stationery, whiteboards and photocopy & telephone facilities.

The Nes Lapa is an informal venue more popular and suitable for private events or company lunch/dinner events. This venue can accommodate up to 120 guests with a dedicated bar area.

Ideally located close to the river and overlooking the team building arena, this lapa is perfect for any group gathering for a meal or a celebration. The Kasteel lapa can accommodate up to 60 guests.

The River Lapa is definitively one of our most popular options for private and group celebrations. This lapa is situated right next to the river, boasting beautiful views of the river and surrounding nature. The River Lapa can accommodate up to 60 guests.
